I was just wondering the other day why Shirley Sherrod never sued Andrew Breitbart for libel or defamation or just being a tool.
Turns out she has:
According to the New York Times, Breitbart was served with the lawsuit on Saturday, while attending the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).
Andrew had something to say of course:
In a statement posted on his website, biggovernment.com, Breitbart said that he "categorically rejects the transparent effort to chill his constitutionally protected free speech."
And now get ready to be hit over the head with an unintentionally ironic statement.
He also suggested that the timing of the lawsuit was politically motivated.
