
The movement to extend gay marriage and civil unions in this nation seems poised to make great strides in the coming year. Why even Republican State Senator, and Minority Leader in the Senate, Allan Kittleman proposed legalizing civil unions in Maryland. You know what that means of course. Kittleman is no longer the state Senate GOP leader:
In leaving his Senate leadership position, Kittleman said that he could "just sense that the majority would feel more comfortable having someone who is more socially conservative, and that's just not who I am."Yup, the GOP is the big tent party.
